At Champion Sports Co, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. Our 30-day money-back guarantee reflects our commitment to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward process for returns, provided the product is in new condition. This means the product should be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

To return an item, please contact our customer service team at 602-888-3920, Monday through Friday from 9 am to 3 pm PST. We are here to help you troubleshoot any issues and arrange for the return process. Once we receive your returned item, we will either replace it or issue a refund for the purchase price. Please note that you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return. The 30-day guarantee period begins from the date of purchase.

Abuse and Mishandling

We take pride in the quality and durability of our products. However, to maintain the integrity of our return and warranty policies, we need to address situations involving abuse or mishandling. The 30-day money-back guarantee and the warranty coverage will not apply in cases where the product has been subjected to the following:

  1. Physical Damage: This includes damage resulting from dropping, hitting, or other forms of impact. Products showing signs of cracks, dents, or broken parts due to mishandling or accidents are not covered.
  2. Improper Use: Using the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose can void the guarantee. For instance, using cues designed for the pool in Carom Billiards, or using them for activities they are not designed for, can lead to damage not covered by our policies.
  3. Neglect: Failure to follow care instructions, such as not properly storing or maintaining the product, can result in conditions that are not covered. For example, exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, or other environmental factors that can lead to warping or deterioration of the product will not be covered.
  4. Modification or Alteration: Any unauthorized modifications or alterations to the product, such as changing its components or customizing it beyond our standard options, will void the return guarantee and warranty.
  5. Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, minor dents, and other signs of regular use, are not considered defects and are not covered by our return policy or warranty.

To ensure your return or warranty claim is processed smoothly, please handle the product with care and adhere to all usage and maintenance guidelines provided. Warranties

Our warranties are designed to cover defects in materials and workmanship. Here’s what you need to know about our warranty coverage:

  • ST-Series (Including Sneaky Pete Cue) & Junior Series (Excluding BW-1C): These cues come with a 30-day warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship from the date of purchase.
  • All Other Cues: These cues come with a 1-year limited warranty. This warranty covers warping and manufacturing defects.

You can extend this warranty for up to one year on all cues except the ST-Series and Junior Series. To start a warranty claim, please email us at sales@championcue.com with detailed photos or videos of the defect, along with your current contact information. We will review the information and respond to you within 2 business days. If you do not receive a response, please follow up with a call at (602) 888-3920.

Carom Billiards Warning

Please note that our cues are designed specifically for pool and billiards and are not suitable for Carom Billiards. Using our cues for Carom Billiards will void the warranty. We advise using the cues strictly for their intended purpose to ensure coverage under our warranty.

Sale Merchandise

Final sale items or items that are discounted more than 50% can be only returned for merchandise credit on an e Gift Card if returned within 14 days of the shipping date. Unfortunately, no refunds to the original form of payment for final sales or discounted items can be made.
