About This Item
As someone who's just getting into more serious billiards, these cues have helped bring my game to the next level. They offer excellent craftsmanship, and come in two perfect weights for both finesse and power options. The cues look great, particularly the blue 19oz version, and they are a perfect length and functionality for casual play. At just $55 for two cues, you're getting a great value for a set to get started!
Got these for my nephews who recently moved into a house that had a pool table downstairs. it had balls and the rack but no cues. boom perfect house warming gift for them. I'm no billiards expert but I will say these feel leaps and bounds better than any cue I have ever used in a bar or pool haul. they unscrew down in halves and attached seamlessly, the designs and colors are super attractive, materials/wood are very nice and make them feel much more high end. overall super happy with these!
The pool sticks are nice and have a good weight to them. The tips work well. I haven't enjoyed using them. I wish they would've come with some kind of case to protect them.
These are absolutely beautiful pool cues. The finish is perfect, and although i've seen some negative reviews about some not being straight, mine are straight as an arrow with zero warping. Also, between the brass and steel threads, assembly is not that bad. The threads do feel a little course but nothing major. I'm not a professional by any means but I've played enough to know a good quality cue when i see one, and these are up there. As far as finish and alignment, these are amazing for the price. Overall top notch product for a ridiculously cheap price. Will probably get a couple more in different weights just to try them out.
I am familiar with Aklot ukuleles. Like them a lot. So I jumped on the chance to try their pool cues (my previous cue was in a pool hall cue technician’s repaired assortment, which was anything he had for $19). The reason why they come in a set is that the 19 oz is used for play and the 21 oz is used on the break. The cues are devoid comically elaborate (but decal applied) decorations. Everything here is tastefully done plain. The front sticks are free of finish after an inch or so from the joint, and excellently sanded. The front sticks can be interchanged between the cues. And yes, they are straight. Outstanding value.
